Design Manager

A growing residential developer is looking to appoint a Design Manager to support the delivery of a number of live apartment developments in Limerick city centre. As the business continues to expand, they have a strong multi year development pipeline valued in the billions.

Despite that growth, the company remains close knit and collaborative, with a small office team and a culture where people genuinely know each other. Decisions are made quickly, ideas are listened to, and there’s a real sense that individuals can influence how projects are delivered. It’s the sort of environment where you’ll have visibility across the full development process, not just one small piece of it.

The Design Manager will play a key role in coordinating the design process across the company’s residential developments, working closely with the development, construction and external consultant teams.

• Coordinating the design process across projects, working closely with architects, consultants and internal teams.
• Supporting the delivery of design information to ensure projects progress smoothly from planning through to construction. xcfaprz
• Reviewing drawings and resolving design or technical queries, while helping maintain quality and consistency across developments.
