About Easthorpe SchoolWelcome to Easthorpe School, an independent specialist provision dedicated to serving children and young people in the East Midlands. Since opening our doors in November 2022, we have been committed to creating a nurturing environment for our pupils, who may live with their families, foster carers, or in residential homes.
As we expand our Lower School (ages 7-13), we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. Our focus is on pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and various diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teaching assistants to help shape our new provision and enrich the lives of our pupils. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills while focusing on areas that resonate with your interests, such as food hygiene, Forest School, sports, therapy, or emotional literacy.
