This is an exceptional opportunity to practice high-acuity medicine in a supportive, autonomous environment within a hospital system that is deeply invested in growing its Women's & Children's services. Comprehensive Clinical Exposure

25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 15)
~3,500 annual deliveries
Care for all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)
Advanced therapies: body cooling, oscillators , and a RN/RTstaffed regional transport team

Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Environment

Experienced NNPs , supportive OB hospitalists , MFM , and subspecialty telehealth coverage
Teaching opportunities with University of Central Florida family medicine residents
