Applications Engineer Level II Job Description: Your Responsibilities: Provide exceptional production support by monitoring queues, updating tickets in compliance with SLAs, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring timely resolution of software errors and participating in software upgrades, revisions, and patches.
Maintain and deliver production support for existing systems as required, ensuring optimal performance.
Engage with various stakeholders to provide regular updates on ticket statuses.
Guide developers in design, development, and deployment of critical software systems, reviewing their work to ensure quality.
Build and maintain a comprehensive document repository for global partners, fostering collaboration.
Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork skills to support multiple locations when necessary as part of a diverse team.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, while also being able to work independently.
Provide on-call support for production environments as needed.
What We’re Seeking: Essential Requirements: Experience with 1-2 FTZ Implementations.
A minimum of 1-2 years in Warehouse Operations.
Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Additional Qualifications: 5-7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years plus an advanced degree; or equivalent professional experience.
Strong proficiency in debugging Oracle PL/SQL and formulating advanced queries.
Familiarity with Kotlin or Java is advantageous.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with internal customers for system support and enhancement.
Proven track record in contributing to process improvements.
Experience collaborating in team environments, effectively working with business users.
Adept at solving complex problems and offering innovative solutions using existing resources.
Ability to work independently and resolve complicated issues without substantial guidance.
Typically identifies solutions to complex or unprecedented challenges independently.
