This is a remote contract position (6 months) with a pay rate of $35/hour and a maximum of 40 hours per week.
What you'll do:
• Input and update scheduling data for active and upcoming titles in Smartsheet. • Support secondary schedule setup and adjustments for reflows or delivery changes. • Maintain dashboards and assist with reporting tasks. • Collaborate with Managing Editors to ensure up-to-date and accurate timelines. • Contribute to system upkeep and continuous process improvement.
What you bring: • Prior experience in publishing operations, production, or managing editorial preferred but not required. • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Enthusiasm for supporting process and system improvements.
