Job Description
Maintain and support the company's Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer requirements Drive rootcause analysis and manage CAPA activities for internal and external nonconformances Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate integration into production processes Develop and enhance inspection plans, control plans, and testing procedures to support manufacturing excellence Analyze inspection and production data to identify trends, prevent defects, and recommend improvements Partner with crossfunctional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues and support audits MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Assurance Engineer should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards (preferred) Experience using RCA tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, or Fault Tree analysis Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications U.S. Citizenship and a background in electronics or aerospace manufacturing What's on Offer
