- Predictive Maintenance Ireland (PMI) – Specialists in predictive and condition‑based maintenance solutions, providing advanced monitoring, diagnostics, and optimisation of critical assets.
The Regional Manager – Dublin/Leinster is responsible for overseeing all Eirdata operations within the Dublin and wider Leinster region, including management of validation, commissioning, HVAC compliance services, resource allocation, client relationships, team performance, and technical service delivery across multiple client sites.
They ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with GMP standards, client requirements, and internal quality systems. The role supports business growth, operational performance, and Eirdata’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership
- Take full operational responsibility for Eirdata service delivery within the Dublin/Leinster region, including performance, resource utilisation, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, utilisation, and KPIs.
- Conduct site visits, audits, and quality checks.
- Ensure services are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary regional contact for key clients.
- Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
- Support development of scopes, proposals, and renewals.
- Strengthen client relationships to support retention and growth.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional engineering teams.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and set development goals.
- Drive a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Resource & Project Coordination
- Oversee regional resource planning.
- Coordinate with Validation Leads, Project Leads, and other managers.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Support multi‑site and cross‑discipline coordination.
- Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage regional budgets and profitability.
- Review quotations, costs, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely invoicing.
- Identify efficiency improvements and revenue opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving regional revenue, margin, and utilisation targets.
- Safety, Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety legislation, and SOPs.
- Support audits, quality reviews, and safety assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.
- Promote a strong safety culture.
- Engineering qualification Level 7 or Level 8.
- Management or project management qualification is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and GMP.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven management experience, with demonstrated responsibility for leading teams, managing operational performance, and delivering technical services within engineering, HVAC, validation, or commissioning environments.
- Experience managing regional operations, ideally within Dublin/Leinster.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong technical writing skills.
