Financial Controller

We’re Hiring: Finance Controller – Dublin

Are you ready to grow your finance career in a fast‑scaling international business? Customs Complete is expanding its finance team and looking for a Finance Controller who wants to take on a hands-on, evolving role with exposure across Ireland, the UK, France, and multiple business units.

This role offers a unique blend of day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting oversight, and systems/process improvement, making it perfect for someone who wants to both contribute and grow as the finance function continues to scale.

• Support daily accounting and finance operations
• Assist with monthly and annual accounts
• Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Contribute to tax and regulatory compliance across multiple countries
• Review and enhance month‑end processes
• Help develop stronger reporting frameworks and dashboarding tools
• Identify automation and ERP system improvement opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis for decision‑making
• Collaborate with finance teams and leadership across locations

You’re a technically strong accounting or finance professional who enjoys working across reporting, systems, and analysis.

You bring:

• Experience in accounting/finance (industry or practice)
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles
• Solid Excel and financial systems capability
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
• Experience working in evolving or fast-paced environments
• Strong communication xcfaprz and collaborative skills
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage
• Experience in multi‑entity or international environments is a plus
