Job Description: Our Santry office serves the Leinster North region with a diverse portfolio of SME clients. We are looking to appoint a Senior Qualified Accountant to manage a varied portfolio of monthly management accounts, year‑end accounts and advisory work. Reporting to Director/Partner level, you will work with an established and highly collegial team, mentor trainees and seniors, and contribute to practice and strategic development.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and cash‑flow projections.
  
• Year‑end accounts and financial statement preparation.
  
• Reviewing the work of trainees to develop their abilities and deliver completed files for director/partner review.
  
• Advisory work and projects as required, including due diligence for company sales or assisting clients with acquisitions.
  
• Work with leadership on practice development, identifying operational efficiencies and strategic improvements.
  

• 
  
• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified or part‑qualified with over 2–3 years experience.
  
• Experience working across a diverse client portfolio.
  
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
  
• Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
