Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Superviseur(e) Méthodes pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vos responsabilités:

• Exercer votre leadership dans le respect de la vision et des valeurs de l'entreprise ;

• Travailler efficacement sous pression et mobiliser votre équipe pour respecter des échéanciers serrés ;

• Gérer la performance de votre équipe à l'aide d'indicateurs clés (KPI) ;

• Définir les stratégies du plan de fabrication et coordonner les inspections de premier article (FAI) ;

• Identifier les besoins de production et optimiser les processus (élimination de la non-valeur ajoutée) ;

• Définir les exigences liées à l'outillage, à l'aménagement de l'usine, à la santé-sécurité et à l'ergonomie ;

• Assurer la disponibilité des instructions de travail pour les équipes d'assemblage ;

• Coacher et développer les talents de votre équipe (10 à 15 employés).

Votre profil:

• Formation technique en aérospatiale ou en gestion avec environ dix (10) ans d'expérience ;

• Leadership reconnu, jugement, flexibilité et grande autonomie ;

• Expérience réussie en gestion de projets techniques liés à l'industrialisation ;

• Excellentes compétences relationnelles.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Methods Supervisor to join our team in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Your challenges:

• Lead your team in alignment with the company’s vision and values;

• Work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;

• Manage team performance using KPIs;

• Define manufacturing plan strategies and coordinate First Article Inspections (FAI);

• Identify production needs and optimize processes (Lean manufacturing / Waste elimination);

• Define requirements for tooling, plant layout, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and ergonomics;

• Ensure assembly workers are provided with the appropriate work instructions;

• Coach your team (10-15 employees) to develop talent within the organization.

Your boarding pass:

• You have an educational or technical background in Aerospace or Management with approximately ten (10) years of experience;

• You demonstrate leadership, strong judgment, and flexibility, and you are able to work with minimal supervision;

• You have successfully managed technical projects to ensure optimal product industrialization;

• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
