Responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of WMS, LMS, WCS software systems, with a focus on driving efficiency for the company at each operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Define business requirements and specifications for WMS software projects Drive implementation and configuration of WMS solutions with our partners to meet customer needs and expectations to meet operational and implementation KPIs Optimize warehouse productivity, space utilization, and employee engagement using WMS/LMS/WCS functionalities Coordinate software testing, training, and maintenance for new and existing customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside partners to integrate WMS with other systems and processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WMS software and functionality Keep implementation partners and vendors accountable to deliver Define the quick implementation template and be the leader to launch WMS in quick time for small to medium customer sites Document and update standard operating procedures and best practices Provide application support and guidance to WMS users and stakeholders Drive adoption of AI and ML through IT partnership and collaboration Lead the transition of application transformation at Neovia QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or in related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. At least 7 years of System Architecture Design experience At least 7 years of Design in Warehouse Environment At least 5 years of client-facing experience, working closely with business teams and customers. Extensive experience in WMS, WCS/LMS Integration Strong understanding of 3PL warehouse operations and logistics Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Able to work as part of a team PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
