Software Tester/QA Analyst 3 Supervisor
for our premier client in
Richmond, Virginia.
Education and Experience" 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance Experience in automated testing frameworks and tools Experience leading UAT and working with business stakeholders Experience in healthcare environments 2+ years of experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead, or similar role Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools Skills &Competencies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Clear, concise written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset Working Conditions Occasional extended hours during critical testing cycles or releases Participation in release planning and go-live activities WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities:
Define and own the overall QA and testing strategy across projects and releases Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Oversee test environments, test data preparation, and release readiness assessments Provide risk-based testing recommendations and go/no-go input for releases Ensure alignment between requirements, test coverage, and acceptance criteria Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with development teams Establish QA standards, best practices, and test governance processes Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices \ Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and third-party vendors
