Contractor will be required to be on site 3 days per week currently, but this is subject to change. Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Tues, Wed & Fri) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius) Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., excluding Texas state holidays when the agency is closed.

The client
requires the services of
1 Systems Analyst 3
, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of
Systems Analyst 3, Applications/Software Development
and the specifications outlined in this document for the
client
. ll work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire " and are the property of the
client
and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. The
client
will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).Contractor will support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) by creating dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI as determined by the business requirements. Contractor will translate business requirements into Tableau/PowerBI reports, and work with the program staff to ensure it meets the needs of the customer. Contractor will participate in testing or reports and dashboards to ensure proper function, and work with coworkers to publish and promote the reports as needed. Experience with Informatica ETL tools strongly preferred.
Required Skills
Creating reports or data analysis, using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects, QlikView or similar. Working with very large-scale data sets in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, or similar. Experience working with Informatica ETL tools strongly preferred. Working with Tableau creating dashboards and reports. Working with Power BI creating dashboards and reports.
