Your Role at the Heart of Production

As a CNC Machinist at Scholer, you are responsible for your own production.

  • Independent Setups : Perform complete setups (tooling, offsets, program validation) on CNC milling machines and/or lathes.

  • Precision Machining : Operate equipment and optimize machining parameters.

  • Quality Control : Inspect your "first-off" pieces and ensure dimensional compliance according to tight tolerances.

  • Optimization : Identify opportunities for improvement regarding methods and cycle times.

  • Collaboration : Work alongside programming, quality, and supervision teams to maintain our high standards.

Profile
  • Education : DEP (Vocational Diploma) in Machining Techniques or equivalent.

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years.

  • Technical Skills : Ability to read blueprints and understand tight tolerances.

  • Rigor : Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.

  • Autonomy : Capable of managing production and setups from A to Z.

  • Assets : Experience in a structured environment or the aerospace sector.
