Shifts Offered : Day and Evening; several positions are currently available.

Modern Equipment : 18 CNC machines, 7 Fanuc robots, and several ongoing growth projects.

As a CNC Machinist at Scholer, you are responsible for your own production.

Independent Setups : Perform complete setups (tooling, offsets, program validation) on CNC milling machines and/or lathes.

Precision Machining : Operate equipment and optimize machining parameters.

Quality Control : Inspect your "first-off" pieces and ensure dimensional compliance according to tight tolerances.

Optimization : Identify opportunities for improvement regarding methods and cycle times.

Collaboration : Work alongside programming, quality, and supervision teams to maintain our high standards.

Education : DEP (Vocational Diploma) in Machining Techniques or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years.

Technical Skills : Ability to read blueprints and understand tight tolerances.

Rigor : Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.

Autonomy : Capable of managing production and setups from A to Z.

Assets : Experience in a structured environment or the aerospace sector.
