Position
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Clerk is responsible for mastering the art of customer service in order to advise and guide clients in the sale of parts. He is also responsible for processing and forwarding requests to the appropriate individuals. The role also includes performing various tasks related to the parts department, including shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze internal and external requests, and deliver parts according to instructions;
- Provide advice via phone and email;
- Record, inventory, invoice, and order parts;
- Conduct research using proper methodology;
- Perform any other related or non-standard tasks within the department.
Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written language skills (English and French);
- Knowledge of parts and equipment (an asset);
- Strong interest in customer service;
- Ability to work well in a team and follow company rules and processus.
