*About the Role*
We are seeking a *Software Project Manager* with a customer-centric mindset and a deep understanding of software development methodologies. You will be the bridge between our stakeholders and our engineering team, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, meets our high-quality standards, and adheres to our established SDLC guidelines.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Project Execution:* Research projects, define scope, and groom work while collaborating closely with developers.
* *Backlog Management:* Build and continuously update the project backlog through regular meetings with the product team and stakeholders.
* *Stakeholder Communication:* Serve as a subject matter expert and key liaison, providing regular updates on milestones, change requests, and project status.
* *Requirements & Testing:* Define functional and non-functional requirements, create user story acceptance criteria, and oversee consistent product testing and troubleshooting.
* *Support & Onboarding:* Provide top-tier technical support, conduct in-depth troubleshooting of application errors, and lead training sessions for new product features.
* *Strategic Growth:* Participate in generating new product ideas that align with the company’s goals and long-term growth strategy.
*Qualifications*
* *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* *Experience:* 3+ years of proven experience in both software development and project management.
* *Collaboration:* 3+ years of direct experience collaborating with software engineers and product managers.
* *Methodologies:* Strong knowledge and practical skills in *Agile* project management.
* *Tools:* Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as *Jira* and *GitHub*.
* *Technical Writing:* Adept at documenting application workflows and troubleshooting procedures.
* *Flexibility:* Willingness to work varied hours and travel occasionally to achieve desired results.
*Additional Role Details*
* *Hybrid:* This isn't just a "paper-pusher" project manager role; it requires someone who can do in-depth troubleshooting and has a deep understanding of software development tools.
* *Technical:* Role emphasis will be around collaborating with designers & developers on new features, patches and updates.
* *Work Arrangement:* This role can be remote or hybrid. Candidate would be required to travel to the office occasionally for company/client/vendor meetings and trainings.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
