Setting Out Engineer

Permanent Position

Our client who are an award winning, multi-disciplinary building contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This company have over 30 years’ experience within the Construction Industry.

You will be based on a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda, this is a permanent position which will be ongoing over the next 2 years.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
• Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completion

• Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil xcfaprz Engineering or Trade background
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, Environmental and building regulations
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
