Junior Quantity Surveyor

Location:Navan (4 days office) / Dublin (1 day site)

Type:Full-Time | Immediate Start

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience across road maintenance and civil works projects, including bituminous surfacing, asphalt, and infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation
• Support procurement and subcontractor coordination
• Help monitor project costs and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with EHSQ standards and framework agreements
• Collaborate with senior QSs and project teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and time management skills
• experience on Irish or EU civil projects especially roads, runways etc.
