About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fit‑out of a new medical centre. The site has been stripped out and is ready for commencement.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and ensure the project runs on schedule.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with electrical and mechanical contractors.
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
  
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to the project team.
  

Project Scope Includes:

• 
  
• Installation of a PET scanner
  
• RC frame construction
  
• New roof and walls
  
• Partitions and 56 internal doors
  
• Coordination of electrical and mechanical packages
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Proven experience managing fit‑out projects, ideally in healthcare or commercial settings.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme timelines.
  
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality control.
