Position Details- Base Location: Coventry
- Hours: 28 hours per week (4 days)
- Salary: Up to £34,507 FTE (£43,134.00)
- Office Location: Long Eaton
- Caseload Area: Midlands and South Yorkshire (within 1 hour's drive, with occasional flexibility)

As a Supervising Social Worker , you will play a crucial role in supporting our foster parents and ensuring high standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support and supervision to foster parents within a manageable caseload.
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting best practices.
- Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to ensure full participation in safeguarding and child protection processes.
- Conducting training for prospective and current foster parents.
- Writing comprehensive reports and meeting strict deadlines.
We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
- Previous experience in children and families social work.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and publications related to children's services.
- Good IT skills and the ability to be flexible with working patterns and travel.
- A full driving license and access to your own car.
