Encourage teamwork across departments to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Who You Are: You understand organizational dynamics and build strong relationships with internal and external customers. You are focused on maintaining and adhering to system requirements. You monitor and evaluate processes to facilitate decisions based on results, improving quality in Customer Care and operational processes. Your collaborative approach and effective communication skills drive quality improvements for both customers and the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Customer Care organization.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with manufacturing systems and workflows.
Demonstrated success in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions for process optimization.
Proficiency in statistical methods and various quality improvement tools for root cause analysis and continuous enhancement initiatives.

The compensation philosophy at Emerson is straightforward: we provide a competitive base salary aligned with local market rates and reward performance during annual merit reviews. The salary range for this role is $83,000-$100,000 annually, depending on the skills, talents, capabilities, and experiences that each candidate brings to the position.
