The Technical Leader is a pivotal leadership role responsible for leading the creation, maintenance, and execution of the digital and physical elements at the mobile experience center, eXplore tour. This role drives operational excellence, from technology demonstrations to overall center readiness, to ensure quality delivery to customers. With a focus on strategic technical direction, you will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of technology roadmaps and planning, scheduling and management of implementation, and experience development and delivery. You will implement and maintain operational best practices, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and business targets. By leveraging financial data, customer, and performance metrics, you will make informed decisions to optimize resources and drive cost-effective solutions and plans. Overall, as the Technical Leader, you will have a significant impact on the success of our organization, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results.

We are looking for a Mobile Experience Center-Technical Lead, and this position is based remotely within the United States.
You will make an impact by:
Leadership and Team Management:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to all project resources, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, and providing regular feedback and coaching
Support the overall resource planning process which includes the identification of required resources and the center health regarding module support
Technical Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of technology development and implementation
Lead the module creation process which includes accepting or generating ideas for new module creation and managing the module idea through the tollgate process through to operationalization of the module.
Overall ownership and accountability to maintain the deployed technology at the experience centers including the digital, physical and documentation elements
Implement and maintain operational best practices, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and business targets
Experience Planning, Development and Execution:
Support the Experience Planning process to ensure experience center requests and desired outcomes are achieved through the experience design and execution
Lead the Technical Readiness portion for customer experiences which includes ensuring all digital and physical aspects for a specific customer experience are ready for the scheduled experience. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that all elements, from technology infrastructure to interactive displays, are in place to create a truly immersive experience.
Confidently serve as a technical presenter or facilitator during customer experiences.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing Lean methodologies and fostering innovation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Lead and support cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. This could include scheduling maintenance times at the center to support module deployment or maintenance
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
5+ years of relevant work experience in a related field is desired.
5+ years of experience with knowledge of industry processes and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
5+ years of experience with knowledge of the Digital Threads and supporting automation capabilities.
5+ years of experience with knowledge of relevant technologies, automation equipment, and software systems used in industry, as well as the ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

The ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, set clear goals, and provide guidance and support.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
The skill to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives, budgets, and quality standards.
The capacity to identify and resolve issues, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions. This includes critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with site resources, leadership, center partners, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to listen actively and to foster open, transparent communication channels.

The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
