Mobile HVAC Technician

Reston, VA
Pay Range:
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and related systems across multiple facilities.
Operate, monitor, and calibrate mechanical and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
Travel between 25 locations to conduct preventative maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, readings, and adjustments using Corrigo work order systems.
Ensure safety procedures are followed, including hazardous material handling and workplace safety standards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Universal EPA certification (EPA 608 Type II required, Universal preferred).
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles and tools.
