The Global Sales Support Coordinator will serve as a liaison to provide increased level of support for all aspects of the global sales team and global AIT Enterprise wide. Responsible for fulfilling the needs of the sales team with customer facing products and tools, to create a better experience for all sales functions, allowing for increased customer interaction, while improving the customer (internal and external) experience. The wage range for this position is $26.40-$37.20 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. Qualifications
Education Qualifications High School Required Associate's Degree Preferred Experience Qualifications 2+ years Customer Service Required 3+ years Administration. Record keeping. Preferred Skills and Abilities Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail (Medium proficiency) Ability to learn specific sales service knowledge as is relates to the support of the Sales team and customers. (Medium proficiency) Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (Medium proficiency) Organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment. (Medium proficiency) Communication skills (including telephone, e-mail, Skype, and presentations skills) and the ability to communicate accurate information (Medium proficiency) Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in the work setting. (Medium proficiency) Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change. (Medium proficiency) Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment. (Medium proficiency) Customer service skills with high energy, positivity and customer centric attitude.
