Responsibilities Pediatrix is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neonatologist to become an integral part of our collaborative NICU team at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital , a 70-bed Level IV NICU, directly attached to Tacoma General Hospital with approximately 4,000 annual deliveries .

Diverse Clinical Experience
- Collaborate with PNPs caring for newborns in the birthing center.
- Partner with NNPs staffing Level II nurseries in Auburn and Puyallup.
- Contribute to consult for neonatal transport services, providing specialized care across a broad surrounding community.

Qualifications BC Neonatologist Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Base Pay) : $200,000 - $400,000 Other Types of Pay : Opportunity for practice bonus Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Paid Sick Leave : Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year. NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
