* Completion of a residency in Anesthesiology.
* Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
* Board certification in Anesthesiology
* Valid medical license to practice in Minnesota
* Strong understanding of pediatric physiology and pharmacology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a pediatric hospital or specialized pediatric surgical center. Advanced life support certification (PALS, ACLS). Key Competencies: * Attention to detail and precision in anesthesia administration.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
