Plastic Surgeon Job Posting – Skin Cancer and Dermatology Institute Reno, NV

We are currently looking for a skilled Plastic Surgeon to expand our team of Dermatologists and Aesthetic Providers at Skin Cancer and Dermatology Institute in Reno, NV. Our new space has an aesthetic focus and strong patient referrals from our Dermatologists.

As a Plastic surgeon, your responsibilities will include consulting with patients before surgery, advising them on the best surgical options and associated risks, and performing surgeries and patient follow-ups. In collaboration with a team of Dermatologists, you will provide aesthetic oversight for the practice. The ideal candidate for this position is experienced in aesthetic and reconstructive surgical techniques, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited Program

• Completion of a residency program

• Additional courses and training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery

• 2 +Years of practical experience in surgery

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• A sound understanding of patient aftercare and wound management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Aesthetic Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery, call rotational coverage, consults, pre-ops, post ops etc.
