We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our Roscommon office. • 
  
• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience designing mechanical services installations, ideally within healthcare, educational, or commercial office sectors.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport.
  

• 
  
• Chartered, or actively working towards chartership.
  
• Demonstrated experience using Revit BIM software in a building services environment.
