Job Description

SA Global Healthcare Ltd seeks an experienced IT Specialist Manager to manage IT System, planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s information technology systems. The role ensures that healthcare IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and clinical systems operate efficiently, securely, and comply with healthcare regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management

    • Manage and maintain servers, networks, databases, and cloud systems.
    • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hospital/healthcare systems such as: Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
    • Ensure high system availability and reliability.

  • Cybersecurity and Data Protection

    • Implement IT security policies and cybersecurity measures.
    • Protect patient data according to healthcare regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.
    • Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

  • IT Operations & Technical Support

    • Manage day‑to‑day IT operations and service desk support.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Provide training and support for healthcare staff using IT systems.

  • IT Project Management

    • Plan and manage IT projects, including: System upgrades, Digital healthcare platforms, Telemedicine systems, Cloud migration.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management

    • Manage relationships with IT vendors and software providers.
    • Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Team Leadership

    • Lead and supervise the IT support team.
    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide mentoring.
    • Ensure effective communication within the IT department.


Key Requirements

Education:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:



  • 2 to 3 years of IT experience.
  • 2 years in IT management or leadership roles. xcfaprz
  • Experience working in healthcare IT environments.
