NICU Pediatric APP Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $89000.00 - $100000.00

A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner to join its established Level III neonatal team.

Located in a scenic riverfront community, this role offers exceptional work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close-knit, highly supportive neonatal team.

• Only 5 shifts per month = full benefits

• Self-scheduling with flexible swaps

• Level III NICU – 22-bed unit

• 1 APP on service at a time

• Work alongside Neonatologists + experienced APP team

What you’ll do

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting

• Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management

• Participate in flexible 24-hour in-house coverage schedule

• Support high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment

What we’re looking for

• Nurse Practitioner

• NICU experience preferred

• Open to strong new grads with NICU background

• RN NICU background considered

• DEA required

• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
