£28,000 basic + £750 monthly retainer + 45p per mile (door-to-door) About the Role
National residential developer is seeking a flexible and reliable Relief Sales Advisor to support developments across Nottingham, Leicester, and Newark. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their working week and can quickly adapt to different sites and teams. It would suit either someone nearing the later stages of their career who brings experience and stability, or a more junior candidate looking to gain broad exposure across multiple developments. Key Responsibilities
Provide sales cover across multiple sites as required
Welcome and assist customers, delivering a high standard of service
Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation
Maintain show homes and sales areas to a high standard
Build rapport quickly with customers and site teams
Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately
Represent the brand professionally across all developments
What Were Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different locations
