• Daily Censes: 6-10 pts per day

• Patient Mix: Urban/suburban

• Multi-disciplinary Critical Care.

Scheduling & Workload:

• Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p

• No overnight call

• Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month

• Shift Distribution: One daytime Intensivist in-house, night coverage supported by Hospitalists and the TeleICU.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: 234.07

• Annual comp $457,841- $457,841

• Incentives: Weekend incentives

• Signing bonus negotiable

• Staffing Model: Single physician coverage
