We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global law firm with a prestigious presence in Dublin, who are seeking an experienced Financial Services Solicitor to join their highly regarded Transactional Banking team. As a Financial Services Solicitor, you will:

• 
  
• Advise on a broad range of transactional banking and financial services matters
  
• Draft, negotiate, and review finance documentation including loan agreements, security packages, and facility agreements
  
• Support senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
  
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the financial services sector
  
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the banking practice
  

The ideal Financial Services Solicitor will have:

• 
  
• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in financial services or transactional banking law
  
• Strong technical knowledge of banking and finance transactions
  
• Experience in a reputable law firm environment, ideally with exposure to cross-border work
  
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
