Area Sales Manager

Celtic Careers is partnering with a well-established client based in South Dublin who is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their growing sales team.

This role is ideal for a motivated and commercially focused sales professional with a strong background in the motor industry and a passion for building relationships and driving results.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the motor industry
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical ability
• Highly motivated, ambitious and customer-focused
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems
• Third-level qualification or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Full clean driving licence

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive sales performance
• Agree and deliver sales targets in line with national sales strategy
• Implement and manage Dealer Sales Programmes
• Analyse market trends, monitor KPIs and prepare reports and recommendations
• Work closely with internal teams to improve dealer network performance and initiatives
• The ideal candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
