Votre mission :
For our client, we are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance logistics planning and coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling of workload, monitoring operations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
Your Responsibilities
-Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly workload schedules for shipments from the distribution center
-Analyze actual workload versus planned resources, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions to address uncovered workload
-Align capacity planning with demand, proactively addressing any misalignments or priority shifts
-Monitor warehouse operations to ensure timely dispatch of orders in line with the established shipping schedule
-Foster proactive and efficient communication across internal departments at all levels

Votre profil :
Your Profile
-Completed commercial apprenticeship in logistics or a related field; further education in supply chain management is a plus
-Up to 3 years of experience in a logistics or similar operational role
-Strong IT proficiency (ERP systems, shipping software, Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
-Excellent English skills (both written and spoken); German or French language skills are a plus
-Solution-oriented, proactive attitude with a "can-do" mindset and strong team collaboration skills
-Highly organized with excellent communication abilities
