We are seeking a Sales Analyst to support the sales team by providing reports, working with brokers, and assisting in the selling process. Responsibilities
Learn internal ERP system to develop and analyze sales reports. Track promotional campaigns and create reports with results. Collaborate with external brokers and customer web platforms to ensure accurate pricing programs are deployed as agreed. Work closely with internal departments (production, logistics, quality, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain customer relationships. Assist in processing orders promptly and accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries. Ensures smooth execution of the sales process. Maintain meticulous records of sales and customer interactions. Stay informed about new products and features to assist clients effectively. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, communications, or a related field. Previous customer service or business experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience) Ability to analyze reports and communicate action items effectively. Proficient in using various computer software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Benefits

Day shift, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed This position operates in both an office setting and occasionally in the field alongside sales representatives. Travel may include client visits, retail store merchandising, trade shows, and off-site meetings.
