We're seeking a performance analyst who thinks in prompts, not scripts. You love working with data, spotting patterns, and using AI tools to unlock insights that others miss. This role is for the curious—the people who get energized by dissecting campaign performance and using intelligent tools to figure out why some campaigns scale while others stall.
What You'll Do
*AI-Augmented Campaign Intelligence* Manage multi-million-dollar ad budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. Use AI assistants to analyze performance trends, identify anomalies, and surface scaling opportunities. You'll prompt-engineer your way through complex data sets, asking the right questions to get actionable insights without touching a database.
*Pattern Recognition & Strategic Analysis* Dive into campaign data with genuine curiosity. Use AI to forecast CPA trends, analyze LTV curves, and spot creative fatigue before it kills performance. Validate AI-generated insights with your marketing intuition to understand what's actually driving results.
*Prompt-First Reporting & Automation* Design effective prompts and workflows that transform raw data into strategic narratives. Use no-code tools like Zapier or Make to automate repetitive reporting tasks. Build simple AI-assisted dashboards that surface what matters—eliminating manual spreadsheet work so you can focus on strategy.
*Creative & Audience Optimization* Leverage AI to analyze winning creative patterns and generate variant concepts. Use intelligent tools to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and predict which creative angles will resonate before you spend a dollar.
*Cross-Platform Insight Synthesis* Pull together data from multiple sources and use AI to synthesize patterns, generate recommendations, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. You'll translate complex metrics into plain-language strategic actions.

*Data Intuition* – You love working with numbers and spotting trends. You're comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas), and you know which metrics matter. You read dashboards and immediately ask "why?" without needing to query a database.
*Marketing Fluency* – Solid understanding of digital advertising mechanics, auction dynamics, attribution windows, and creative strategy. You know what makes a campaign profitable and can validate AI insights against real-world outcomes.
*Prompt Engineering Mindset* – You know how to talk to AI. You understand how to break complex analytical tasks into steps, provide context, and iterate until you get reliable insights.
*Creative Problem Solving* – When performance drops, you systematically use AI to research, hypothesize, and test solutions until you find the breakthrough.
