Role: Digital Engineering Coordinator (BIM)

Location: Onsite - Burnfoot, County Donegal

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Digital Engineering Coordinator to support the delivery of coordinated, high-quality BIM models across complex engineering projects. This role will be central to multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, and ensuring BIM standards are consistently applied from design through installation.

• Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models in line with client requirements, Vertiv standards, and established BIM protocols.
  
• Produce coordinated drawings and documentation (plans, sections, schedules, as‑built deliverables).
  
• Lead clash detection and coordination activities, resolving design conflicts across disciplines.
  
• Coordinate busbar services within multidisciplinary models (training provided).
  
• Extract quantities and model data to support cost, planning, and reporting requirements.
  
• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and workflows to ensure quality and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and BIM leads to meet project timelines.
  
• Promote best practice BIM usage across project teams.
  

• 
  
• 2-4 years' experience in BIM coordination within construction or engineering environments.
  
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  
• Solid understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, and model‑based workflows.
  
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.
  
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and communication ability.
  
• Knowledge of busbar systems is advantageous but not required.
