IT Systems Administrator

We are working with a well-established Irish organisation seeking an I.T. System Administrator to join their Enterprise Services team.

This role focuses on managing and securing a hybrid IT environment across on‑prem infrastructure and Microsoft 365.

• 
  
• Administer Windows Server (2019+) and virtualised environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
  
• Manage Active Directory (on‑prem and Azure), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  
• Support patch management, security tools, audits, and firewall change processes.
  
• Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support and contribute to technical projects where required.
  

• 
  
• 3rd level IT qualification with 3+ years’ experience in a similar systems administration role.
  
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 administration, and networking fundamentals.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms, virtual environments, and security technologies such as patching, AV, and firewalls. xcfaprz
