Are you excited by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders to drive performance and strategy? This hybrid role, based in our Dublin office, offers the flexibility to work both virtually and on‑site as part of Aon’s global analytics community!

In this Financial Business Analytics Partner role, you will act as an analytics translator between business leaders and technical data & analytics experts, turning data into meaningful insights that drive performance improvements and process optimisation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, products, technology, finance and more to shape and deliver analytical solutions that have real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

You are likely to succeed in this role if you bring a strong finance foundation, a passion for making decisions based on data insights, and the confidence to partner with senior leaders.

Key Skills And Experience Include
