Fund Accounting Manager

Fund Accounting Manager Our client, a global provider of investment and fund administration services, are looking to grow their fund operations team. This role will be focused across private markets.

• Manage and develop team performance, including resource planning, mentoring staff, and providing training and guidance to support team growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic initiatives, including reviewing documentation for new fund launches, identifying operational risks, presenting reports at board meetings, and providing subject matter expertise for new business opportunities.
• Lead issue management and process improvements, conducting root cause analysis and contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and operating models.
• Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of fund NAVs, ensuring all procedures, controls, and operational standards are consistently followed. xcfaprz
• Act as the senior client contact for accounting matters, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring prompt resolution of queries.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in fund operations - this must be within private markets and alternative investment funds
• Must have management experience
• Must be based in or around Dublin with right to work
