We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our client's expanding help desk team. In this role, you'll engage with customers to support their day-to-day IT needs via phone, email, and ticketing systems, while handling escalations within the helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd line support through ticketing systems, remote access, and monitoring tools Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, laptops) and replace components as needed Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Windows OS Assist with basic server, infrastructure, and networking issuesWhat We're Looking For:
