The job will consist of auditing product specifications, operational practices, PQC programs, Food Safety programs and other duties assigned by Management. The job will require record keeping of audits and any other duties established by management. Employee will need to be able to record and file the data collected. English reading and writing skills are necessary. Also good communications skills will be needed to interact with management and employees. Reasonable product knowledge and the understanding of company processes are helpful. Required: 6-12 months of industry experience. Resume preferred. *EOE/Vet/Disabled*
