Position Summary:
Assists in the organization and daily function of the operating room in accordance with established federal, state, CMS, QuadA and standards/conditions and center policies and procedures. Assists the surgical center in delivering the highest standard of patient care. Surgical scrub experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Certified as a surgical technologist or grandfathered in. Operating room scrub experience. Must be able to provide proof of their identity and their right to work in the United States.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
* Ability to assist surgeon during cases.
* Ability to organize equipment, instruments and supplies for cases according to patient needs and physician preference cards.
* Ensures that an adequate amount of supplies are available in advance for the weekly caseload.
* Ability to adhere to the work schedule and manage time appropriately.
* Willingness to assume additional assignments on an as needed basis.
* Working knowledge or a hospital, operating room or ambulatory surgical center.
* New graduates welcome to apply.
* Willingness to learn. Demonstrates ability to work well with other employees.
* Part time/ Per Diem on Monday -Thursday (6am-3pm).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
