Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support and guidance for product application and integration in manufacturing environments. Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting for complex application issues, ensuring minimal production downtime. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a related technical field. Proven experience in manufacturing processes, automation, or industrial machinery. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical explanations and customer interaction. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with specific industrial automation platforms (e.g., PLC, HMI, SCADA) or robotics programming. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Proven ability to conduct technical training for customers or develop comprehensive user documentation. Experience with Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions or data analytics in a manufacturing context.
