Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support for the integration and optimization of manufacturing applications and systems. Design and develop robust application solutions tailored to specific manufacturing processes and customer requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations to customers and sales teams. Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide application feedback and influence future product enhancements. Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and customers on application usage and best practices. Analyze customer manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a technical support role for industrial products/systems. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, PLCs, robotics, or other manufacturing automation technologies. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in industrial applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and technical presentations. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and industry standards. Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with specialized manufacturing software (e.g., advanced CAD/CAM, simulation, or MES platforms). Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training or presentations to diverse audiences. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for automation or customization. Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
