To support our growing portfolio of AI and cloud-based solutions, we are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager - a hybrid role blending project management and product ownership - to own delivery execution across multiple client engagements.
*Job Overview*
As a Technical Delivery Manager at ArchitectNow, you will be the primary point of accountability between our clients and our internal development teams. You'll own the day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent client engagements in a time-and-materials consulting environment - managing scope, expectations, priorities, and communication across all of them simultaneously.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role at a small consultancy. If you've thrived in a similar environment and are energized by variety and ownership, this is a strong fit.
*What Your First 90 Days Look Like*
In your first 30 days, you'll complete client onboarding across your assigned engagements and take over TDM testing and story acceptance. By day 60, you'll be leading sprint ceremonies and owning the sprint cycle independently. By day 90, you're the TDM for your teams - driving delivery without being directed. We ramp fast and expect real ownership early.
*Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Leadership*
* Own delivery execution across multiple concurrent client engagements in a T&M consulting model.
* Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, internal development teams, and business leadership.
* Ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables remain aligned with client needs - and proactively manage when they drift.
* Identify risks early, create a path forward, and surface blockers and decisions to leadership with the context needed to act.
*Agile & Scrum Process Management*
* Act as Scrum Product Owner for select clients, projects, and teams.
* Define and manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint priorities to keep development teams focused and productive.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
*Client Engagement & Business Analysis*
* Lead client discussions, requirements gathering, and delivery planning across active engagements.
* Translate business requirements into actionable, well-scoped work for development teams.
* Keep all stakeholders informed through clear, consistent communication - written updates, sprint reports, and direct conversation.
*Required Qualifications*
* 3-6 years of project management, delivery management, or product ownership experience.
* Demonstrated experience managing client relationships end-to-end, including scope, expectations, and difficult conversations.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience running delivery in a scrum environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with competing priorities and shifting timelines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - you write clearly, communicate proactively, and adjust your approach based on audience.
* Demonstrated ability to manage up - you identify the most important actions, own your commitments, and bring leadership the context they need, not just the problem.
* Active, practical use of AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve communication, documentation, or delivery workflows.
*Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have)*
* Previous experience at a software consultancy or professional services firm, including familiarity with T&M engagements and resource planning.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project tracking and backlog management.
* Experience with AI-driven solutions or Microsoft cloud services (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
* SCRUM certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, etc.).
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Power Automate, or Dataverse for reporting and operational tracking.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
