Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support and consultation to customers regarding product application and integration in manufacturing processes. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to product performance and configuration in manufacturing environments. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept tests, and application validations for manufacturing solutions. Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and internal teams on product usage and best practices. Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals and presentations for manufacturing clients. Gather customer feedback and field data to inform product development and improvement initiatives. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, application notes, and case studies. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a related technical field. Proven experience with manufacturing processes, such as CNC machining, automation, or robotics. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ability to demonstrate technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and technical presentations. Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze customer needs and propose effective technical solutions. Ability to travel to customer sites for demonstrations, training, and support. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, vision systems, additive manufacturing, IoT). Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, MATLAB) for customization or automation. Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support or field service role. Familiarity with data analysis tools or methodologies (e.g., SPC, basic machine learning applications).
