Job Responsibilities: Proactively resolving technical issues before they impact the business priorities and operational Automation support requests On-floor support of manufacturing activities.
Support the smooth running of the site value stream and supply by providing and being part of the AIT Automation Delta V Shift support team.
Ensure supply of high-quality product through ensuring equipment and system availability maximize performance through continuous process improvement initiatives and other relevant operational support requirements Ensure adherence implementation and execution of local SOPs and technical documentation e.g., Change Management Execution Incident Problem Management Quality Notifications SDLC documentation Responsible for supporting a culture of Continuous Improvement by deploying MSD Six Sigma tools within Automation in relation to problem solving to support any associated investigations Required to comply with company Global Policies Procedures and Guidelines regulatory requirements and execute current good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SDLC/CSV in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions Delta V System Administration process control/recipe changes active step changes as required updates and interventions security and account management system performance monitoring While Delta V Shift support is the primary focus support and troubleshooting of supporting PLC/HMI and Scada based systems will be required.
