The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the restaurants quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients when required.
Train and support junior kitchen staff.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner during service.
Follow all HACCP and health & safety regulations. xcfaprz
Requirements Minimum 2 years experience working as a Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of food hygiene and HACCP standards.
